Since I remember from a very young age, drawing with a pencil on paper was my passion. Later in my life as a teenager, I was so fascinated by the advancement of human beings in technology and engineering that I decided to study Mechanical Engineering in college. Engineering became my curiosity and intermittent commitment, but ART has been my life.
My artistic medium includes, but not limited to, oil paintings, sculptures, ceramics, printmaking and architectural work. Studying the Renaissance and modern western art for many years and incorporating that knowledge into Persian art, my native land, has been my primary goal in my artistic life. My wife Theresa and I have lived in Colorado since 1983 in a Persian passive solar home that I have designed, engineered and built.
